One Time Cleaning Packages
Design with Time Cleaning
Our Design With Time Cleaning is ideal for the homeowner wanting a one-time clean or a spot clean. This cleaning package offers a fixed rated based on the amount of time you would like or cleaning team servicing your home. The two maids assigned to your home will tackle your cleaning needs in order of importance, as prioritized by you, and the amount of time you have predetermined. Design With Time packages range from 2 to 5 hours.
Top to Bottom Deep Cleaning
Our Top To Bottom Deep Cleaning Package is the most thorough cleaning service and has no preset time limit.
The most significant difference between the Deep Cleaning Package and our other cleaning packages is the amount of time and detail we spend cleaning what we refer to as your vertical surfaces. Vertical surfaces include baseboards, trim work, interior windows, blinds, exterior cabinets/drawers, light fixtures, and doors.
As with our other cleaning packages, your horizontal surfaces will also receive a thorough cleaning. Floors, tabletops, and appliances will all be cleaned including a dusting of the area underneath objects located on your horizontal surfaces.
Your rate is based on details of your home such as square footage, the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and the level of cleaning that is necessary.
Empty Home Move In/Out Cleaning
Our Empty Home Move In/Out Cleaning Package is perfect for the homeowner who needs a completely empty home, apartment, or condo cleaned. All reachable vertical and horizontal surfaces shall be cleaned. These include baseboards, trim work, interior and exterior surfaces of cabinets/drawers, interior windows, blinds, light fixtures and doors, countertops, appliances(includes inside of oven and microwave), as well as vacuuming and moping all floors/rugs. In the case of an apartment or condo, we are often able to work directly with your property manager to determine the cleaning requirements necessary to receive your full security deposit. With this package, you will pay a flat rate based on details of your home such as square footage, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and the level of cleaning that is necessary. There are no time limitations on your cleaning.
Recurring Cleaning Packages
Touch Up Maintenance Cleaning
Our Touch Up Maintenance Service is the most basic of our cleaning options. This includes sanitizing all bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, and appliances, sweeping and mopping all floors, vacuuming any carpeted areas and rugs, making all beds, emptying garbage cans, and lightly dusting horizontal surfaces such as counters and tabletops.
The primary exclusion of the Touch Up Maintenance Cleaning Package relates to the vertical surfaces in your home. Baseboards, trim work, interior windows, blinds, cabinets, and drawers are excluded in this clean.
This cleaning package is not available for customers who are interested in being serviced once a month.
Please note, some homes may require an intensive clean prior to beginning regular maintenance cleaning services. If this is the case, the quoted price may need to be altered.
Premium Maintenance Cleaning
The Premium Maintenance Cleaning package offers our most detailed cleaning service for customers that desire a thorough home cleaning on a regular basis. You can expect your team of professional cleaners to sanitize and clean all kitchen surfaces and appliances, sanitize all bathrooms, sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpeted areas, and rugs, make all beds, and empty garbage cans.
The Premium Maintenance Clean goes one step further by offering additional tasks such as changing bed linens, washing dishes in the sink, spot cleaning vertical surfaces such as baseboards, trim work, interior windows, doors, cabinets, and drawers.
This package can be performed on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.
Please note, some homes may require an intensive clean prior to beginning premium maintenance cleaning services. If this is the case, the quoted price may need to be altered.
Alternating Cleaning
With the Alternating Cleaning Package, we are able to alternate your cleaning services between our Premium and Touch Up cleaning services.
This specific cleaning package is best suited for the homeowner who does not require detailed cleaning on a regular basis but still wishes to receive high-quality house cleaning once a week or every other week.
With this package, our team of Personal House Cleaners will rotate between the Premium and Touch Up service packages, performing tasks related to each service during each visit. Please review the descriptions for the Premium and Touch Up packages to fully understand what we offer in each alternating service.
Note this cleaning package is not available to those who wish to receive our service only once a month. In addition, you are expected to receive at least one Premium service once a month.
